1. Loose screws

Insert an 80MM long #4 iron rod into the double-headed screw and rotate it to adjust the upper and lower positions of the gate lever.

2. Loose pivot screw

If this screw is loose, it will cause inaccurate positions of the gate lever and large shaking when the gate stops. Tighten the bolt and lock the nut.

3. Position control magnet shift

Both the upper and lower positions of the gate use Chien-Mohler components. If the rectangular magnet and the circular piece with a cam on the reducer change their positions, it will cause inaccurate positions. Adjust them accurately without scraping and it will solve the problem.

4. Wire of the coil buried loose

When the ground sensor coil cannot be firmly fixed in the cavity, the vibration of the car passing over the road will cause the coil inside the cavity to deform, changing the initial inductance of the ground sensor. At this time, the sensor must be reset before it can work normally. The solution is to pour molten asphalt into the cavity to fix it.
